-903 BLACK EPDM 70D O-RING

This o-ring is supplied in AS568-903 black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A supplied with an inside diameter of 0.301 in (7.65 mm), a cross section of 0.064 in (1.63 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.429 in (10.9 mm), catalogued under part number E70903. It remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

EPDM (EPR) is specified here for very good flexibility at low temperature, strong performance in outdoor and exposed installations. It resists dilute acids and alkalis, ozone, UV and weathering, and phosphate ester hydraulic fluids. Rated temperature range runs from -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C) in continuous service. It is not the right choice where petroleum oils and fuels or mineral oil-based lubricants are present.
