This cam and groove coupling is supplied in Ever-Tite Stainless Steel with a 1-1/2 inch nominal size, catalogued under part number 315ESS. It terminates a hose with a male adapter end.

The compound resists salt water and washdown, high pressure, and elevated temperature. Stainless Steel is widely chosen for dimensional stability under thermal cycling, excellent corrosion resistance in washdown and marine service. It should not be specified for service in chloride stress cracking in some grades or galvanic pairing with dissimilar metals.

This part is produced in accordance with MIL-C-27487G ; A-A-59326. Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across marine and offshore, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical.
