Ordered as 315BBR, this is an Ever-Tite Brass Part B Female Coupler x Male NPT Cam and Groove Coupling built to a 1-1/2 inch nominal size. The cam and groove coupling joins a female coupler end to a male NPT thread.

As a material, Brass offers non-sparking characteristics valued in some environments, good corrosion resistance in water and mild chemical service. This material stands up to atmospheric exposure, corrosion in water service, and moderate pressure. It should not be specified for service in ammonia and amine compounds or strong acids.
