1 1/2 PART D BRASS ETC

315DBR is an Ever-Tite Brass Part D Female Coupler x Female NPT Cam and Groove Coupling built to a 1-1/2 inch nominal size. In service, this cam and groove coupling joins a female coupler end to a female NPT thread.

As a material, Brass is valued for excellent machinability yielding tight, clean threads and non-sparking characteristics valued in some environments. It resists atmospheric exposure, moderate pressure, and corrosion in water service. It is not the right choice where ammonia and amine compounds or strong acids are present.

This part is produced in accordance with MIL-C-27487G ; A-A-59326. Common environments for this compound include petroleum transfer, general industrial, and water and irrigation.
