1 1/4 DUST CAP 316 S/S ETC

The 312DCSS is an Ever-Tite Stainless Steel Dust Cap Cam and Groove Coupling built to a 1-1/4 inch nominal size. This cam and groove coupling closes off a female coupler to keep debris and moisture out of an idle line.

As a material, Stainless Steel is specified for long service life in demanding outdoor environments, high mechanical strength and pressure capability. Expect good resistance to high pressure, elevated temperature, and corrosion and oxidation. It is not the right choice where galvanic pairing with dissimilar metals or chloride stress cracking in some grades are present.

It is manufactured to MIL-C-27487G ; A-A-59326. Typical settings include petrochemical, marine and offshore, and food and beverage processing.
