This cam and groove coupling is supplied in Ever-Tite Aluminum supplied with a 1-1/4 inch nominal size, catalogued under part number 312FAL. It joins a male adapter end to a male NPT thread.

This material stands up to many petroleum products, general atmospheric corrosion, and weathering. Aluminum offers good corrosion resistance in general industrial service and a high strength-to-weight ratio that eases handling of large sizes. It should not be specified for service in strong acids and alkalis or galvanic pairing with dissimilar metals.
