Ordered as 310BBR, this is an Ever-Tite Brass Part B Female Coupler x Male NPT Cam and Groove Coupling measuring a 1 inch nominal size. The cam and groove coupling joins a female coupler end to a male NPT thread.

Brass is specified here for attractive, durable finish, good corrosion resistance in water and mild chemical service. It resists atmospheric exposure, corrosion in water service, and moderate pressure. Exposure to strong acids or ammonia and amine compounds will shorten service life.

It is manufactured to MIL-C-27487G ; A-A-59326. Typical settings include general industrial, plumbing and process piping, and water and irrigation.
