2 1/2 PART B BRASS ETC

APG stocks the 325BBR, an Ever-Tite Brass Part B Female Coupler x Male NPT Cam and Groove Coupling with a 2-1/2 inch nominal size. A cam and groove coupling joins a female coupler end to a male NPT thread.

The compound resists moderate pressure, atmospheric exposure, and corrosion in water service. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Brass is specified for good corrosion resistance in water and mild chemical service, excellent machinability yielding tight, clean threads.

This part is produced in accordance with MIL-C-27487G ; A-A-59326. Typical settings include water and irrigation, petroleum transfer, and plumbing and process piping.
