2 1/2 PART F BRASS ETC

Part number 325FBR is an Ever-Tite Brass Part F Male Adapter x Male NPT Cam and Groove Coupling measuring a 2-1/2 inch nominal size. A cam and groove coupling joins a male adapter end to a male NPT thread.

Brass is specified here for good corrosion resistance in water and mild chemical service, excellent machinability yielding tight, clean threads. The material holds up against moderate pressure, atmospheric exposure, and corrosion in water service. It should not be specified for service in ammonia and amine compounds or strong acids.
