3 DUST CAP 316 S/S ETC

Part number 330DCSS is an Ever-Tite Stainless Steel Dust Cap Cam and Groove Coupling built to a 3 inch nominal size. A cam and groove coupling closes off a female coupler to keep debris and moisture out of an idle line.

As a material, Stainless Steel offers a hygienic, cleanable surface suited to sanitary process lines, excellent corrosion resistance in washdown and marine service. This material stands up to salt water and washdown, chemical attack, and corrosion and oxidation. It is not the right choice where galvanic pairing with dissimilar metals or chloride stress cracking in some grades are present.

It is manufactured to MIL-C-27487G ; A-A-59326. Typical settings include chemical transfer, pharmaceutical, and petrochemical.
