3/4 PART B 316 S/S ETC

The 307BSS is an Ever-Tite Stainless Steel Part B Female Coupler x Male NPT Cam and Groove Coupling with a 3/4 inch nominal size. This cam and groove coupling joins a female coupler end to a male NPT thread.

Stainless Steel is specified here for long service life in demanding outdoor environments and hygienic, cleanable surface suited to sanitary process lines. This material stands up to corrosion and oxidation, salt water and washdown, and high pressure. It should not be specified for service in chloride stress cracking in some grades or galvanic pairing with dissimilar metals.

It is manufactured to MIL-C-27487G ; A-A-59326. You will find this material specified across food and beverage processing, pharmaceutical, and marine and offshore.
