3/4 DUST PLUG ALUM ETC

APG stocks the 307DPAL, an Ever-Tite Aluminum Dust Plug Cam and Groove Coupling measuring a 3/4 inch nominal size. A cam and groove coupling closes off a male adapter to keep debris and moisture out of an idle line.

This material stands up to many petroleum products, general atmospheric corrosion, and weathering. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Aluminum is specified for fast, tool-free make and break in the field, good corrosion resistance in general industrial service. It is not the right choice where galvanic pairing with dissimilar metals or strong acids and alkalis are present.

It is manufactured to MIL-C-27487G ; A-A-59326 when anodized. It sees regular use in general industrial hose service, agriculture and irrigation, and construction and dewatering.
