4 PART C 316 S/S ETC

Part number 340CSS is an Ever-Tite Stainless Steel Part C Female Coupler x Hose Shank Cam and Groove Coupling built to a 4 inch nominal size. A cam and groove coupling terminates a hose with a female coupler end.

Expect good resistance to corrosion and oxidation, high pressure, and salt water and washdown. Stainless Steel delivers dimensional stability under thermal cycling, high mechanical strength and pressure capability. Exposure to chloride stress cracking in some grades or galvanic pairing with dissimilar metals will shorten service life.

It is manufactured to MIL-C-27487G ; A-A-59326. It sees regular use in food and beverage processing, pharmaceutical, and marine and offshore.
