4 DUST CAP ALUM ETC

340DCAL is an Ever-Tite Aluminum Dust Cap Cam and Groove Coupling supplied with a 4 inch nominal size. In service, this cam and groove coupling closes off a female coupler to keep debris and moisture out of an idle line.

Aluminum is valued for fast, tool-free make and break in the field, a high strength-to-weight ratio that eases handling of large sizes. This material stands up to many petroleum products, weathering, and general atmospheric corrosion. Exposure to prolonged salt water immersion or galvanic pairing with dissimilar metals will shorten service life.
