4 X 3 ALUM COUPLER/ADAPTER

APG stocks the 34030BAAL, an Ever-Tite Aluminum Coupler / Adapter Cam and Groove Coupling built to a 4 inch nominal size and an adjustment range of 3 inch to 4 inch. A cam and groove coupling combines a female coupler and male adapter in one body to join two hose runs.

Aluminum is widely chosen for a high strength-to-weight ratio that eases handling of large sizes, fast, tool-free make and break in the field. The material holds up against many petroleum products, general atmospheric corrosion, and weathering. Exposure to galvanic pairing with dissimilar metals or prolonged salt water immersion will shorten service life.

This part is produced in accordance with MIL-C-27487G ; A-A-59326 when anodized. It sees regular use in general industrial hose service, petroleum transfer, and construction and dewatering.
