5 DUST CAP 316 S/S ETC

Ordered as 350DCSS, this is an Ever-Tite Stainless Steel Dust Cap Cam and Groove Coupling built to a 5 inch nominal size. The cam and groove coupling closes off a female coupler to keep debris and moisture out of an idle line.

It resists high pressure, elevated temperature, and corrosion and oxidation. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Stainless Steel is valued for long service life in demanding outdoor environments, high mechanical strength and pressure capability. It is not the right choice where galvanic pairing with dissimilar metals or chloride stress cracking in some grades are present.

It sees regular use in chemical transfer, petrochemical, and food and beverage processing.
