6 DUST PLUG 316 S/S ETC

Part number 360DPSS is an Ever-Tite Stainless Steel Dust Plug Cam and Groove Coupling supplied with a 6 inch nominal size. A cam and groove coupling closes off a male adapter to keep debris and moisture out of an idle line.

The material holds up against corrosion and oxidation, elevated temperature, and high pressure. Stainless Steel is specified for high mechanical strength and pressure capability, dimensional stability under thermal cycling. It should not be specified for service in galvanic pairing with dissimilar metals or chloride stress cracking in some grades.
