Product Specification

-
This o-ring is supplied in AS568-032 white Viton® (FKM) 60 Shore A with an inside diameter of 1.864 in (47.35 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.004 in (50.9 mm), catalogued under part number V60FDA032. It delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

Viton® (FKM) is widely chosen for the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit and very low compression set at elevated temperature. The compound resists petroleum oils and fuels, aggressive chemicals, and engine and transmission fluids. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to low-molecular-weight organic acids or ketones and esters will shorten service life.

This o-ring meets FDA requirements for food contact under 21 CFR 177.2600. It sees regular use in semiconductor equipment, aerospace, and high-temperature process equipment.

This item is sold individually under part number V60FDA032. Unit weight is approximately 0.7683 g and nominal inside diameter is listed as 1 7/8 inch. Confirm chemical compatibility, pressure and temperature against your own application requirements before installing.
