Ordered as V75037, this is an AS568-037 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 2.489 in (63.22 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.629 in (66.78 mm). The o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

It resists petroleum oils and fuels, many acids, and chlorinated solvents. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Viton® (FKM) is known for long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments and very low compression set at elevated temperature. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where low-molecular-weight organic acids or hot water and steam are present.
