V4X108 is a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 108 mm (4.252 in), a cross section of 4 mm (0.157 in), and an outside diameter of 116 mm (4.57 in). In service, this o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit and very low compression set at elevated temperature. The compound resists many acids, aromatic hydrocarbons, and engine and transmission fluids. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in ketones and esters or low-molecular-weight organic acids.
