This o-ring is supplied in black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A built to an inside diameter of 108 mm (4.252 in), a cross section of 6 mm (0.236 in), and an outside diameter of 120 mm (4.72 in), catalogued under part number V6X108. It creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

It resists aggressive chemicals, many acids, and aromatic hydrocarbons. Viton® (FKM) offers long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments and very low compression set at elevated temperature. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where amines or low-molecular-weight organic acids are present.
