3MM CS X 111MM ID BLACK FKM 75D

The V3X111 is a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 111 mm (4.37 in), a cross section of 3 mm (0.118 in), and an outside diameter of 117 mm (4.61 in). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

This material stands up to aggressive chemicals, many acids, and chlorinated solvents. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Viton® (FKM) is widely chosen for the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit and very low compression set at elevated temperature. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). Applications involving hot water and steam or low-molecular-weight organic acids call for a different compound.

It sees regular use in aerospace, high-temperature process equipment, and semiconductor equipment.
