This o-ring is supplied in black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A built to an inside diameter of 180 mm (7.087 in), a cross section of 4 mm (0.157 in), and an outside diameter of 188 mm (7.4 in), catalogued under part number V4X180. It creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Expect good resistance to petroleum oils and fuels, many acids, and engine and transmission fluids. Viton® (FKM) delivers long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. It should not be specified for service in hot water and steam or ketones and esters.
