APG stocks the V6X205, a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 205 mm (8.071 in), a cross section of 6 mm (0.236 in), and an outside diameter of 217 mm (8.54 in). An o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

The compound resists many acids, engine and transmission fluids, and petroleum oils and fuels. Viton® (FKM) is valued for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to amines or hot water and steam will shorten service life.

Typical settings include oil and gas, chemical processing, and automotive fuel systems.
