This o-ring is supplied in black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A with an inside diameter of 21.3 mm (0.839 in), a cross section of 2.4 mm (0.094 in), and an outside diameter of 26.1 mm (1.03 in), catalogued under part number V2.4X21.3. Viton® (FKM) is valued for very low compression set at elevated temperature and the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. This material stands up to aggressive chemicals, many acids, and chlorinated solvents. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. It is not the right choice where amines or low-molecular-weight organic acids are present.
