-264 BLACK FKM 75D O-RING

The V75264 is an AS568-264 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 7.484 in (190.09 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 7.762 in (197.15 mm). This o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments and industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. The compound resists many acids, chlorinated solvents, and engine and transmission fluids. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. Applications involving ketones and esters or amines call for a different compound.

It sees regular use in automotive fuel systems, aerospace, and chemical processing.
