**4 MM C/S X 28 MM ID (GREEN)

VG4X28 is a green Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 28 mm (1.102 in), a cross section of 4 mm (0.157 in), and an outside diameter of 36 mm (1.42 in). In service, this o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load. Viton® (FKM) is specified here for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, very low compression set at elevated temperature. It resists aromatic hydrocarbons, engine and transmission fluids, and chlorinated solvents. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where amines or hot water and steam are present.

It sees regular use in aerospace, high-temperature process equipment, and automotive fuel systems.
