APG stocks the V5X51, a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 51 mm (2.008 in), a cross section of 5 mm (0.197 in), and an outside diameter of 61 mm (2.4 in). An o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

Expect good resistance to aromatic hydrocarbons, aggressive chemicals, and many acids. Viton® (FKM) is widely chosen for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, outstanding high-temperature capability. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to amines or hot water and steam will shorten service life.

Typical settings include automotive fuel systems, semiconductor equipment, and high-temperature process equipment.
