This o-ring is supplied in black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A built to an inside diameter of 60 mm (2.362 in), a cross section of 1 mm (0.039 in), and an outside diameter of 62 mm (2.44 in), catalogued under part number V1X60. It remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Viton® (FKM) is known for very low compression set at elevated temperature and the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. The compound resists many acids, aggressive chemicals, and aromatic hydrocarbons. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. It is not the right choice where hot water and steam or ketones and esters are present.

Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across high-temperature process equipment, aerospace, and oil and gas.
