This o-ring is supplied in black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A with an inside diameter of 77 mm (3.031 in), a cross section of 2 mm (0.079 in), and an outside diameter of 81 mm (3.19 in), catalogued under part number V2X77. It creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for very low compression set at elevated temperature, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. It resists aromatic hydrocarbons, chlorinated solvents, and many acids. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where amines or hot water and steam are present.
