This o-ring is supplied in black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A built to an inside diameter of 85 mm (3.346 in), a cross section of 5 mm (0.197 in), and an outside diameter of 95 mm (3.74 in), catalogued under part number V5X85. It remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Viton® (FKM) is known for very low compression set at elevated temperature, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. Expect good resistance to chlorinated solvents, engine and transmission fluids, and aggressive chemicals. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in low-molecular-weight organic acids or ketones and esters.
