-143 BROWN FKM 90D O-RING

This o-ring is supplied in AS568-143 brown Viton® (FKM) 90 Shore A measuring an inside diameter of 2.425 in (61.6 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.631 in (66.83 mm), catalogued under part number VB90143. It creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Viton® (FKM) is valued for long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments and very low compression set at elevated temperature. It resists many acids, aromatic hydrocarbons, and chlorinated solvents. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where low-molecular-weight organic acids or hot water and steam are present.

It sees regular use in high-temperature process equipment, oil and gas, and semiconductor equipment.
