METRIC NITRILE V SEAL 10A (Type A)

The FVB-0010-A is a Buna-N (Nitrile) Type A V-Ring Seal built to a nominal shaft size of 10A. This v-ring seal acts as a primary or secondary exclusion seal that flings dirt and water away as the shaft turns.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified for strong abrasion and tear resistance, the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer. Expect good resistance to many alcohols, greases and lubricants, and water. It should not be specified for service in ozone and direct sunlight or ketones.

It sees regular use in automotive, agricultural equipment, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
