METRIC NITRILE V SEAL 22A (Type A)

APG stocks the FVB-0022-A, a Buna-N (Nitrile) Type A V-Ring Seal with a nominal shaft size of 22A. A v-ring seal stretches onto a shaft and seals axially against a counterface, shedding contamination by centrifugal action.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified here for strong abrasion and tear resistance, economical choice for high-volume maintenance programs. This material stands up to many alcohols, greases and lubricants, and water. It should not be specified for service in polar solvents or ozone and direct sunlight.

Typical settings include fluid power, general industrial maintenance, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
