METRIC NITRILE V SEAL 25A (Type A)

FVB-0025-A is a Buna-N (Nitrile) Type A V-Ring Seal supplied with a nominal shaft size of 25A. In service, this v-ring seal acts as a primary or secondary exclusion seal that flings dirt and water away as the shaft turns.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified here for low compression set under sustained load, strong abrasion and tear resistance. Expect good resistance to hydraulic fluids, many alcohols, and propane and butane. Exposure to strong acids or automotive brake fluid will shorten service life.
