METRIC FLUOROELASTOMER V SEAL TYPE S

FVV-0025-S is a Viton® (FKM) Type S V-Ring Seal. In service, this v-ring seal acts as a primary or secondary exclusion seal that flings dirt and water away as the shaft turns.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments and industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. It resists chlorinated solvents, petroleum oils and fuels, and engine and transmission fluids.

Typical settings include oil and gas, chemical processing, and semiconductor equipment.
