FLUOROELASTOMER V SEAL TYPE E

FVV-0560-E is a Viton® (FKM) Type E V-Ring Seal. In service, this v-ring seal acts as a primary or secondary exclusion seal that flings dirt and water away as the shaft turns.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, outstanding high-temperature capability. The compound resists many acids, petroleum oils and fuels, and aggressive chemicals. Verify compatibility before use with amines or hot water and steam.

It sees regular use in aerospace, semiconductor equipment, and oil and gas.
