8-119 BLACK BUNA 90D BACK-UP RING

HB90119 is an AS568-119 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 90 Shore A Back-Up Ring built to an inside diameter of 0.924 in (23.47 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.13 in (28.7 mm). In service, this back-up ring extends o-ring service life by supporting the seal against extrusion under high pressure.

The compound resists many alcohols, propane and butane, and petroleum-based oils. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Buna-N (Nitrile) is known for reliable performance in both static and dynamic service, low compression set under sustained load. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C).
