8-152 BLACK BUNA 90D BACK-UP RING

The HB90152 is an AS568-152 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 90 Shore A Back-Up Ring measuring an inside diameter of 3.237 in (82.22 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.443 in (87.45 mm). This back-up ring allows a standard o-ring to operate at higher pressures than it could unsupported.

Expect good resistance to many alcohols, petroleum-based oils, and hydraulic fluids. Buna-N (Nitrile) offers reliable performance in both static and dynamic service, an economical choice for high-volume maintenance programs. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C) in continuous service. It is not the right choice where polar solvents or automotive brake fluid are present.
