HSN (HNBR) 80 568-147

The HSN80147 is an AS568-147 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 2.675 in (67.95 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.881 in (73.18 mm). This o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified here for improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile, long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty. It resists modern refrigerants, heat and oxidation, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 325°F (162.8°C). It is not the right choice where ketones or esters are present.

Typical settings include commercial refrigeration, heavy-duty powertrain, and oilfield and downhole equipment.
