HSN80154 is an AS568-154 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 3.737 in (94.92 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.943 in (100.15 mm). In service, this o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified here for excellent abrasion and tear strength, oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. This material stands up to sour gas and amine inhibitors, ozone and weathering, and petroleum oils and fuels. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C).
