HSN80219 is an AS568-219 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 1.296 in (32.92 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.574 in (39.98 mm). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.
The material holds up against sour gas and amine inhibitors, ozone and weathering, and petroleum oils and fuels. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified for excellent abrasion and tear strength, the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C) in continuous service.
You will find this material specified across heavy-duty powertrain, commercial refrigeration, and engine timing systems.
Stocked as HSN80219 and sold individually. Unit weight is approximately 1.438 g. As always, verify media compatibility and operating conditions against the requirements of your specific application. APG supports cross-referencing from drawings, samples and competitor numbers when a listed size is not an exact fit.
