Part number HSN80220 is an AS568-220 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 1.359 in (34.52 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.637 in (41.58 mm). An o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

As a material, HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) delivers excellent abrasion and tear strength, long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty. Expect good resistance to ozone and weathering, modern refrigerants, and petroleum oils and fuels. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C).
