HSN (HNBR) 80 568-348

The HSN80348 is an AS568-348 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 4.35 in (110.49 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.77 in (121.16 mm). This o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) delivers strong resistance to rapid gas decompression, long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty. Expect good resistance to heat and oxidation, petroleum oils and fuels, and ozone and weathering. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). It is not the right choice where strong oxidizing acids or ketones are present.

It sees regular use in automotive air conditioning, oilfield and downhole equipment, and heavy-duty powertrain.
