HSN (HNBR) 80 568-430

The HSN80430 is an AS568-430 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 5.1 in (129.54 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.65 in (143.51 mm). This o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

As a material, HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) offers improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile, excellent abrasion and tear strength. The material holds up against modern refrigerants, ozone and weathering, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 325°F (162.8°C). It should not be specified for service in esters or ketones.
