HSN (HNBR) 80 568-432

HSN80432 is an AS568-432 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 5.35 in (135.89 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.9 in (149.86 mm). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is valued for excellent abrasion and tear strength, strong resistance to rapid gas decompression. This material stands up to modern refrigerants, ozone and weathering, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). It is not the right choice where ketones or strong oxidizing acids are present.

Typical settings include oilfield and downhole equipment, automotive air conditioning, and commercial refrigeration.
