568-007 HSN90 DURO ORINGS

HSN90007 is an AS568-007 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.145 in (3.68 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.285 in (7.24 mm). In service, this o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

The compound resists sour gas and amine inhibitors, heat and oxidation, and ozone and weathering. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is widely chosen for improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile, long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 325°F (162.8°C). It should not be specified for service in strong oxidizing acids or esters.

Common environments for this compound include oilfield and downhole equipment, automotive air conditioning, and heavy-duty powertrain.
