568-010 HSN90 DURO ORINGS

HSN90010 is an AS568-010 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 0.239 in (6.07 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.379 in (9.63 mm). In service, this o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

As a material, HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is known for long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty, the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. It resists ozone and weathering, heat and oxidation, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). It is not the right choice where chlorinated hydrocarbons or esters are present.
