568-120 HSN90 DURO ORINGS

An o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

As a material, HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is widely chosen for strong resistance to rapid gas decompression, excellent abrasion and tear strength. Expect good resistance to petroleum oils and fuels, ozone and weathering, and modern refrigerants. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 325°F (162.8°C). It is not the right choice where strong oxidizing acids or chlorinated hydrocarbons are present.
