Product Specification

-
The HSN90330 is an AS568-330 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 2.1 in (53.34 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.52 in (64.01 mm). This o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

As a material, HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is known for strong resistance to rapid gas decompression, long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty. It resists ozone and weathering, sour gas and amine inhibitors, and modern refrigerants. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 325°F (162.8°C). Applications involving ketones or chlorinated hydrocarbons call for a different compound.

Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across engine timing systems, automotive air conditioning, and commercial refrigeration.

Order part number HSN90330, sold individually. Unit weight is approximately 5.3886 g and nominal inside diameter is listed as 2 1/8 inch. Confirm chemical compatibility, pressure and temperature against your own application requirements before installing. APG can cross-reference from an existing part number, a drawing or a physical sample if this size is not an exact match.
